Nellie Burnett White, age 88 of Pine Bluff, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 at her daughter’s home in Malvern. She was born May 21, 1929 in Monticello, AR to the late Frank Burnett and Jessie McKay Burnett.

She was the widow of Jimmie White, Jr., a retired sales clerk and was a Christian of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Samantha Maples; five sisters and five brothers.

Survivors include one son, Edward White of Pine Bluff; three daughters, Anna Maples of Malvern, Peggy Kathy of Patterson, CA and Kathy Anderson of Washington State; one brother, Jimmy Burnett of Monticello; twelve grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in 16th Section Cemetery. Visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
