Christine Skowronek Cater, age 51 of Monticello, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at her home. She was born January 22, 1966 in Hanau, Germany to the late Karl Skowronek and Rita Ann Fuchs Skowronek.

She was employed at Potlatch in Warren and was a Christian of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ricky Cater of Monticello; two sons, Patrick Pruett of Russellville and Nick Cater and wife Jenna of Monticello; one daughter, Melanie Pruett of Russellville; two brothers, Wolfgang Skowronek and wife Marion of Frankfurt, Germany and Hans-Juergen Skowronek of Hanau, Germany; three grandchildren, Amberly Siebenmorgen, Keaton Siebenmorgen, and Gage Cater; one very special cousin, Ann Marie Pierce of London, England; one nephew, Kevin Skowronek of Hanau, Germany; and numerous cousins.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church with burial in Gaster Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dwayne Roper officiating.
