Linda Ray Youngblood Hughes, 68 of Monticello, formerly of Guy, AR, passed away Sunday June 14, 2009 at Golden Living Center in Monticello. She was born July 18, 1940 in Drew County, AR.

She was the widow of A. C. Hughes, Jr., a retired Bank Loan Officer and a Baptist. She was the daughter of the late Ray Youngblood and Mattie Gibson Youngblood.

Survivors include one son, Tony Brotherton of Monticello; one brother, Lehrke Youngblood of Dumas, AR; two sisters, Gay Gladden and June Brixie, both of Monticello; three grandchildren, Haley, Kaitlyn and Layne; one great-grandchild, Jon Luke.
