Paul Milton West

Paul Milton West, 91 of Monticello passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. He was born February 9, 1926 in Mercedes, Texas.
He served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper, was a City Manager and Professional Engineer, and a member of Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Elizabeth Walden West of Monticello and one daughter, Carol West James and husband, Louis.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
