Andrea Yvonne Simpson, age 66, of Monticello, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Baptist Springhill Medical Center in North Little Rock. She was born December 22, 1954, in Texas to the late Floyd David Averett and Annie Devona Harris.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Woody Simpson, Sr.; two sisters, Julias McCoy and Georgia Etheridge; and best friend, Darrell Morgan.
Andrea is survived by her children, Hazel Martin and Woody Simpson, Jr. both of North Little Rock; step-children, Bonnie Fortenberry of Monticello, Mandy Simpson of Monticello, Victoria Griffin of Conway, Vonda Duncan of Conway, and Timothy Simpson of Monticello; two sisters, Flora Ann Leonard of Conway and Wendy Boyd of Texas; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous step-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A come-and-go viewing will be Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 a.m.
