Cathi Marnell Rouse Martin
May 16, 1979 - January 14, 2022
Cathi Marnell Rouse Martin, age 42, passed away January 14, 2022, at Chicot County Medical Center in Lake Village, Arkansas. She was born May 16, 1979, in Monticello, AR to Earnie Rouse and the late Dwanna Louise Shifflett Mohammed Rouse. Cathi always loved to singing, drawing and painting until she lost her eyesight. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Jeremy Clifton Rouse.
She is survived by her father, Earnie Rouse of Tulsa, OK; sisters, Kay Donaldson and husband William of Dermott, and Ruby Foust and husband Ron of Mountain Home, AR; sister-in-law, Amber Rouse; nephews, Jacob Donaldson, Chris Donaldson, Dereck Donaldson and Josh Bennett; nieces, Rachel Hayes, Wendy Donaldson, Elizabeth Cheyenne Rouse and Abigail Nicole Rouse; her Uncle Joe and Aunt Hidei and Uncle Arvell; cousins, Sabrina and Angie, Matthew and Megan, Jonathan and Teresa Henry, Courtney and Chris, and Brittany and Zack; and a host of other friends and family.
