Ms. Otha Jean Stanley was born an identical twin on August 1, 1937 in Baxter, Arkansas, to the union of John D. & Mattie Stanley. Otha had two siblings, James Binns and Dorothy Jefferson (deceased).
Otha was a loving, caring, mother, grandmother, grand-grandmother, and friend. She was a faithful Christian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John D. & Mattie Stanley, her sister, Dorothy Jefferson, & two daughters, Althea Jones (Arlie), Sharon Gragg (James).
Otha leaves to cherish her memories; son, Rodney (Nancy) Stanley of Monticello, Arkansas, daughter, Darlene Grace of Chicago, Illinois, son, Jermone Grace of Chicago, Illinois, and Walter (Monica) Smith of Chicago, Illinois. Grandchildren: Twainia Price, Nahum Grace, Clinton Jones, Cornelius Nolen, Bryant Grace, Channon Jefferson of Hot Springs, Rodney Stanley, Jr, Jermal Conley of Chicago, Illinois, Krystal Stanley, Dominic Smith, Derrius Smith. A host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Burial will be in Gethsemane-Union Ridge Cemetery in Monticello. Please sign Mrs. Otha's guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com
