Terry Lee Binns, Sr.
August 16, 1942 - April 13, 2022

Terry Lee Binns, Sr. 79, of Wilmar, AR, passed away April 13, 2022, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was born August 16, 1942, to the late H.B. Binns and Rebie Folk in Monticello, Arkansas. Terry confessed to Christ at an early age and was a member of Kennedy Boulevard Church of Christ of Monticello, Arkansas. He was also a Mason Brother. Terry worked for Burlington Industries for thirty-four years where he held many different job titles. He finally retired from Burlington in 2002. After retiring from Burlington, he would not sit down and enjoy his retirement, so he began to work at Wal-Mart for several years. Terry owned his own trucking business ''T Binns Trucking'' for several years. He was a volunteer at the SEAHDC as a foster grandparent for twelve years until his health declined. In his early years of life, he loved to fish and hunt. When his health began to decline, he would sit in his recliner for hours ready to watch any football, basketball, or baseball game that was coming on. He loved sports. Terry also loved watching the news and keeping up with the happenings of the world.

In addition to his parents, Terry is also preceded in death by one son, Terry Lee Binns, Jr.; one daughter, Karen Binns; one stepson, Anthony ''Tony'' Hopson; and two brothers, Willie White, and James White.

Terry is survived by his wife, Debbie Ann Binns of Wilmar; six daughters, Talisha ''Kitty'' (Calvin) Augurson of Wilmar, AR, Linda (David) Shepherd of Monticello, AR., Marchantia (Logan) Ivey of Shalimar, FL, Nydra Binns of Wilmar, AR, Marilyn West of Monticello, AR, and Carla Sanchez of Monticello, AR; two step daughters, Nicole (Robby) Turner of Hot Springs, AR, and Tina Johnson of Monticello, AR.; two sons, John Kent Jones of Omaha, NE, Jose' Strickland of Wilmar, AR; one stepson, Wyvette ''Budd'' Broughton of New Edinburg, AR; four sisters, Barbara ''Sista'' (Richard) David of Pine Bluff, AR, Joyce (Fredrick) Lewis of Monticello, AR, Janice Ridgell, and Faye Jenkins both of Monticello, AR; five brothers, Jerry (Jerline) Binns of Milwaukee, WI, Herman Folk, Percy White, Larry White, and Curtis White all of Monticello, AR; fifteen grandkids, one of which, Quanterrious ''Wooda'' Bell, whom he raised; twenty-one great grandkids, two more, Averi ''Pooh-Pooh'' Bell and Kaiden ''Dooda'' Tatum, whom he cherished and loved deeply; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, April 22, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Kennedy Boulevard Church of Christ in Monticello, Arkansas. Burial will follow in Kennedy Boulevard Cemetery.
