Roosevelt ''Teddy'' Hellum, Jr., age 61 of Monticello, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022, at his home. He was born June 6, 1960, in Little Rock, AR to Roosevelt Hellum, Sr., and Clementine Fisher Russ.
He was a member of Pilgrim Rest AME Church of Monticello. His hobbies included watching sports, DJ'ing, fishing, and eating.
He is survived by his mother, Clementine Fisher Russ of Monticello; sisters, Tanya (Charles) Franklin of Monticello, Sylvia Russ of Monticello, Joyce Harris of Little Rock, and Fashunda Clemons of Maumelle; his brothers, Curtis Fisher (Crystal) of Mayflower, Anthony McCraney of Conway, Trance (Ebony) Russ of Little Rock, Myronn (Stephanie) Briggs of Monticello and Detrick Briggs of Monticello; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Pilgrim Rest AME Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. You can sign Teddy's guestbook page at www.stephensondearman.com.
