Martha Shultz Crain

Martha Elizabeth (Myhand) Shultz Crain, 89, of Claycomo, MO passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010 in Riverside, MO. She was born January 16, 1921 to Alvin and Lillie (Hughes) Myhand in Monticello, AR and was married to John Shultz and to Henry Crain, both deceased. Martha had been a long time employee of Montgomery Ward in Kansas City.
She is survived by two daughters: Martha Shultz Fowler of Brownsboro, TX and Ronecia Shultz Retz of Lumberton, TX and her family; and by three stepchildren: Shelley D. Crain Brown, Steven Crain, and Teresa Crain, all of Kansas City and their families. She will also be missed by her church family, friends and neighbors.
A visitation will be from 6-8:00 PM Mon. Oct. 18 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence. Services will be at 6:00 PM Tues. Oct. 19 at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, 2901 Benton Plz, Kansas City, MO. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Monticello, AR, Tues. October 26 at 2:00 p.m.
