Barbara Ann Miller
October 4, 1939 - December 20, 2022
Barbara Ann Boyd Miller, age 83 of Monticello, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at her home. She was born October 4, 1939, in Monticello, AR to the late Graydon and Nina Bodiford Boyd. Mrs. Barbara was the widow of John Henry Miller. She was a very active member of Monticello United Pentecostal Church where she played the piano for over 30 years. She loved to work in her garden and with her flowers. She was the dietary manager for Leisure Lodge Nursing Home for many years.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one grandson, Jeffery David Evins.
Barbara is survived by her children, Barbara Susan Golden, Cindy Renee Kellum, and John Henry Miller, IV "Johnny" all of Monticello; grandchildren, Jonathan Evins, Kayla McAfee, Jessica Miller and Charles Henry Golden; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Monticello United Pentecostal Church. Funeral Services will be Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Monticello United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Rodney Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Lacey Cemetery in Lacey, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Pete Fletcher, Robert Fletcher, Ernest Summerford, Bobby Cherry, Eldon McAfee, and Kim Braxton.
