Joe Eugene Vincent, Sr.

Brother Joe Eugene Vincent SR. was born to the late Joe Franklin Turner and Paulene Vincent Burel on January 24, 1965, in Drew County, AR.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilford and Clothee Vincent, DC and Violet Franklin, and brother, Markus Burel.
He will be truly missed through the broken hearts of his children, four sons, Joe Eugene Vincent II (Jackie), Arlin Cheeter (Shamella), Jarvis Williams, and Cortez Williams, all of Little Rock, AR; three daughters, Ukila Whitherspoon, Nakisha Witherspoon (David), and Jo' Trice Vincent, all of Little Rock, AR; four brothers, Henry Railey (Exeria) of Fresno, CA, Michael Burel, Sr. (Michelle) of Little Rock, AR, Shelton Davis of Monticello, AR, and Dalanza Reed of Los Angeles, CA; five sisters, Beverly Burel-Nash (Johhny) of Little Rock, AR, Christy Burel-Ellis (Ryan) of Little Rock, AR, Tanisha Turner-Moore of Rancho Cordova, CA, and Melissa Williams of Atlanta GA; Eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant A.M.E. Church on Campground Road in Monticello, Arkansas. Visitation will be one hour before the service, from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant A.M.E. Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery after the service.
