William Daugherty
August 31, 1949 - July 30, 2023
William Duane Daugherty, age 73, of Monticello, Arkansas, passed away at his home on July 30, 2023. He was born August 31, 1949, to the late Raymond and Martha Lillian Daugherty in Bluefield, West Virginia. William was an engineer before his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, helping people in his community, and designing and building things.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Donna Daugherty. William is survived by his son Austin Daugherty, daughter-in-law, Sara Soyars-Daugherty, and a granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023, in the Stephenson-Dearman Chapel at 5:00 p.m.
