Debra Crockett Phillips
June 4, 1956 - December 31, 2023

Debra Crockett Phillips, age 67 of Wilmar, Arkansas passed away on December 31, 2023, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born June 4, 1956, to the late Marshall and Emily Crockett of Chicago, IL. Later she moved to McGehee, Arkansas and she was raised by her aunt, Ms. Wardell (Madea) Hardin.
In November 1974, she met her soulmate, the love of her life, Alvester (Bo-Bo) Phillips. They wedded on December 31, 1974, and started their life journey together, and what a wonderful journey it was. Forty-seven years of happiness, ups and downs, joy, laughter, peace, and true love.
She gave her life to the Lord wholeheartedly and served in the local Church and district. She was a Sunday School teacher, home and foreign mission teacher, Pastors Aid President, Church Secretary, and the President of the Women's Department. She was a true servant in the Church. She was a Pastor's Wife with an infectious smile that would draw you into her atmosphere of love and kindness and was a true example of grace, wisdom, and excellence. She trusted the Lord in all things and made her election sure.
Debra was preceded in death by two brothers; Ugene Hardin and Larry Hardin both of Chicago, IL.
She leaves to cherish her loving husband, Alvester Phillips of Wilmar; two daughters, Jennifer (James) Carroll of Tampa, FL and Iesha (Raymond) Wardy of Little Rock, AR; three sons, Torey Phillips, John (Tye) Carroll of NC, Randell Shaw of Monticello, AR; two nephews who were more like sons, Melvin (Nisha) Horne of California and Marcel Gabriel of Detroit, MI; one sister, Linda Crockett Johnson of San Fransico, CA; one brother, Michael (Sadie) Green; her very best friend of a lifetime, Mary Sheets; in-laws, Peggy Branch, Alice Phillips, Villie (Jyrl) Wise, Frances Phillips, Linda Kay Bell, James (Marcie) Phillips, and Charles Phillips; two aunts, Elizabeth Baker and Christine Henry; many God-children, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; the Pentecostal Home Church Family; along with many special friends and loved ones.
