James "Bo" Hammock

James 'Bo' Hammock, 64, of Monticello, passed away Friday, December 3, 2010 at his home. He was born May 18, 1946 in Boydell, AR.
Bo retired from Burlington Industries and was a Baptist. He was the son of the late James 'Pell' Hammock and Pauline Gregory Hammock and was preceded in death by one son, James Wesley Hammock, one brother, Pee Wee Hammock, two grandsons, T. C. Huff and Richard Martin Hammock and one sister, Edith Kizer.
Survivors include three sons, Charlie Hammock and wife, Rebecca, Thomas Hammock and wife, Trina and James William 'Jay' Hammock, all of Monticello; two daughters, Betty Pymn and husband, Brian and Becki Jo Knight and husband, David, all of Monticello; one brother, Harold Lee Hammock of Texas; four sisters, Ann High of Star City, Helen Barnett of Monticello, Jody Cogar of Houston, TX and Jeanette Savage of Crossett, AR; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two best friends, Richard Bates and Charles Hyatt.
