Brian Futch
January 14, 1962 - December 22, 2024

Brian Edward Futch, age 62 of Monticello, went to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, December 22, 2024, at his home. He was born January 14, 1962, in Angelina County, TX to the late Vollie E. Futch and Mozelle L. Greenville Futch.
He was employed by Harrison's Fiberglass for over 30 years and was a Southern Baptist that could quote most scriptures in the Bible. Brian loved to hunt and hang out at the deer camp and also loved to fish for catfish. He always told his grandkids that when they got out of diapers, he would take them to ''stuff school'' and he did just that. Brian's famous sayings were, ''fine then'' and ''it won't be long now.'' His greatest love was his wife and two daughters. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nelda Rawls.
His survivors include his loving wife, Lorrie Densmore Futch of Monticello; two daughters, Latisha Rhodes and husband Johnathan of Wilmar and Rebecca Hawkins and husband Kevin of Monticello; three grandchildren, Jordan Meeks and wife Brittany, Jodie Saeler and husband Peythen, and John Densmore; and six great grandchildren, Paisley Morgan, Zander Meeks, Brystal Meeks, Jordan Jr. Meeks, RyLee Saeler and Delaney Densmore.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2024, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Brother Delton Gladden and Brother Bud Banks officiating. There will be a visitation Thursday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. You can sign Brian's guestbook registry on this page.
