Anthony 'AMP' Forrest, 39, of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born March 21, 1972 in Warren.
He was a logger, of Baptist Faith and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Cora Johns and grandfather, Mitt Forrest.
Survivors include one son, Jacob Forrest of Monticello; his parents, Gary and Brenda Johns Forrest of Monticello; two brothers, Kenny Forrest and wife, Jill of Johnsville and Jonas Forrest of Monticello; his grandmother, Helen Forrest of Warren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
