Bobby Ray Moore
December 1, 1949 - October 27, 2011

Minister Bobby Ray Moore was born Dec. 1, 1949, in Drew County, Arkansas, the son of the late Leroy Moore and Clementine Darrough Moore. He departed this life on October 27, 2011, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Arkansas.
At an early age, he joined Pilgrim Rest AME Church. He joined Trinity Full Gospel Ministries where he became an ordained deacon and minister. He later joined The Word Church where he was a faithful member until his death.
He attended Drew High School and graduated in 1969. After high school, he joined the U.S. Army. He was a Vietnam Veteran.
He was united in marriage to Florine Trotter Moore on November 26, 1971. He was a devoted husband and a loving father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother and one granddaughter, Do'Nya M. Moore.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Florine Moore, three daughters, Toni (Edward) Thomas, Michelle Moore, and Patrice (Chris) Spencer, all of Monticello, AR; four grandchildren, Laken, Devon, Daryn and Brennan; five brothers, Larry Handley of McGehee, AR, Leon (Carol) Moore, Doyle Moore, Lonnie Moore, all of Monticello, AR, and William Moore of San Francisco, CA; seven sisters, Louise (LaFrance) Colbert, Evelyn Lyles, Barbara (Mark) Banks, Christine (Steve) Collins, Shelanda Moore, all of Monticello, AR, Sharon (Thomas) Ibukun of Dallas, TX, Annette (Mark) Batts of Austin, TX; seven sister-in-laws and nine brother-in-laws, two uncles, Clarence (Gloria) Matthews, Johnny (Gloria) Glover, one aunt, Wanda (Bob) Lewis, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
