Jeffie Hammock Mays, 74, of Carpentersville, Illinois formerly of Drew County, passed away February 23, 2012 at her home. She was born February 22, 1938.
She was a housewife and was preceded in death by her husband, Howard J. Mays and her parents Ernest F. Hammock and Icie M. Miles.
Survivors include one son, Howard S. Mays of St. Louis, MO; four daughters, Donna Weaver of Carpentersville, IL, Lisa Boisen of Dundee, IL, Lori Judd of Sycamore, IL, and Cindy Mays of Beverly Hills, FL; two brothers, Albert Hammock and Charles Hammock both of Bossier City, FL; fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
