Addie Bell Carruth, 82, of Monticello, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Belle View Nursing & Rehab in Monticello. She was born September 20, 1930 in Drew County.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Monticello. She was the daughter of the late Ben A. Carruth and Addie Pearl Haney Carruth and was preceded in death by four brothers, Benjamin, Carlton, Louis and John Carruth.
Survivors include her caregivers, Verna and Reg Conway of Waldron, AR and several cousins.
