David Eugene Curtis, 47 of Monticello passed away, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born on December 25, 1966 to Eugene Curtis, Sr. and Emily Carpenter Curtis.
He employed by Piggly Wiggly for 26 years and was a member of Eastside Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Curtis, Sr.
Survivors include his mother, Emily Carpenter Curtis of Monticello; one brother, Robert Curtis and wife, Kim of Monticello; one half-brother, Eugene Curtis, Jr. of Minnesota; one half-sister, Jan Armstrong also of Minnesota; one nephew, Christopher Curtis; two nieces, Elizabeth Curtis and Maegan Curtis all of Monticello.
