She was a retired Registered Nurse and was of the Baptist faith, attending Green Hill Baptist Church. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one son, David Bawcom.
Survivors include one daughter, Dawn Bawcom Miles and special friend Mark Young of Green Hill; one stepdaughter, Tera Kiefer Rawls and husband Darren of Green Hill; one stepson, Chuck Scott McKee of TN; her mother, Merle Rodgers Hickam of Green Hill; one sister, Vickie Hickam McCall and husband Mike of Rowell; one grandson, Zach Miles of Green Hill; two granddaughters, Danielle Miles and Brittany Bawcom both of Monticello; two step-grandchildren, Nadaleigh Rawls and Larren Rawls both of Green Hill; a special friend, Larry Etheredge of Monticello; two nephews, Chris McCall and Jacob Foshee both of Little Rock; one niece, Leslie McCall Taylor and husband Seth of Green Hill; one great-nephew, Ian Taylor of Green Hill; three great-nieces, Breanna, Olivia and Rylie Taylor all of Green Hill; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
