We were saddened to hear of Ms. Melba’s passing. She was a very sweet lady. My family and I got to know her when I was taking care of her yard before my accident. I loved visiting with her when I was at her house before I would start mowing. She will be missed. Our prayers are with your family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know her personally, but my deceased brother, Curtis Vincent, had a lot of respect for her. He used to do odd jobs around her house whenever she needed help. God bless you all during this time.

Your sweet mom will certainly be remembered as a woman of faith and for her loving heart. So very thankful to have been so close to this special family in my younger years in Monticello. What wonderful memories I hold close to my heart of that time with the Dunn family. My prayers are with you and your family at this time. Love you.

I was so saddened when I got the news of Ms. Melba death. I have known her since I was a kid. When my mother and daddy had the feed store, we also raised chickens and sold the eggs at the store. Every Friday, mother would deliver eggs to many of our regular customers around town. During the summer and any other time I was out of school, I went with her and took the eggs into each house. Ms. Melba was one of those regular customers. I can remember how nice and sweet she was to me as a kid. Then, as an adult, I have had the privilege to help her at Commercial Bank. She was always so gracious and I have really missed her since she moved. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Praying for comfort and peace.
