Kathryn Roberts Bourland
February 26, 1921 - January 15, 2017

Kathryn Roberts Bourland, age 95 of Monticello, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at her home. She was born February 26, 1921 in Drew County, AR to the late Niles Roberts and Rena Edmonds Roberts.

She was the widow of Don Bourland, a homemaker and a devoted Christian of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, J. C. Roberts, David Roberts and Chuck Roberts; three sisters, Eloide Grubbs, Dorothy Sipes and Judy Hussey.

Survivors include one son, Jack Bourland of Monticello, AR; one daughter, Nita Bourland Peterson and husband David of Asheville, NC; two grandsons, Benjamin Jack Bourland and Louie Bourland both of Southern California; two granddaughters, Susie Bourland of Monticello and Erika Kathryn Peterson Delaney and husband Matthew of Northern CA; and four great-grandchildren.

A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Marathon, Texas.
