Hooks, TX Thursday, April 20, 2017 Robert, Montgomery Family and Stewart Family, you guys are in my thoughts and my prayers during this time of sorrow. In the loss of Kim. We had some chats on facebook durning the loss of Dustin.I was hoping I could be a friend lending a ear, a shoulder to cry on, and helping a friend in time of need. I saw all the pictures of Dustin from birth until March 2017. She just couldn't get a grip on life without him. Robert and Family, she was so heartbroken over Dustin death, she didn't know how to go on living without him. Sad but so true. I am sending prayers up that our Heavenly Father to comfort you guys and help to understand what went on with her. I know She was a loving and careing person, she was broken and didn't know how to fix it. I know she will be missed by many. May God bless each of you...Andy & Terrie Briant

, AR Monday, April 17, 2017 The day of Dustin's memorial service Kim had whispered in my ear "I don't know how (long pause) I'm going to live without him." Her grief was so visible as if it were a coat she was wearing. Alll her Facebook posts were all about her love for Dustin from his birth until his death and her brokenness. She couldn't understand the why of it all. Her grief as a mother who loved her only son overrode her desire to live a life without him. I love Dustin and was heartbroken by his suicide. And although I've never experienced what Kim was going through, I (as a mother and person) do understand why she killed herself. I believe as her brokenheart stopped beating on this earth she was reunited with Dustin on another level. I do not think of her choice as "crazy" or "selfish" . I will always remember Kim as a loving and giving person who really "passed away" when she was informed of Dustin's death. At Dustin's death I, too, was overcome as WHY and heartbroken because I didn't understand. At the news of Kim's death I'm even more heart broken because I do know why and I understand completely. I'm sorry for her husband, Robert who, once again, has to go through the loss of another love. My prayers of peace and understanding go out to this family.Detra Abbott
