She was a retired LPN, homemaker and was a Christian. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Neeley.
Survivors include three sons, Josh Forrest and wife Joni of Wilmar, Tommy Forrest and wife Carol Anne of Monticello and Tony Forrest, Jr. of Wilmar; four brothers, Bill Temple and wife Wanda, Garland Temple and wife Anita, Michael Temple and wife Jeri and Jerry Temple all of Hampton; two sisters, Bobbye Sue McEntire and Mildred Schmuck and husband Perry both of Hampton; and eight grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb, Destiny, Evan, Kaiden, Kenlee, Gunner and Alex.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Moore's Chapel Cemetery near Hampton. Visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com
