She was the widow of Dale Price Barnett, was retired from Burlington Industries, a member of Eastwood Baptist Church in Indianola, MS and a former member of Cominto Baptist Church for many years. Other than her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, McKenzie.
Survivors include one son, Marlon Bennett and wife Becky of Monticello; one daughter, Jennifer Layton and husband Bryan of Indianola, MS; one brother, Dewayne Stanley and wife Barbara of Montana; four sisters, Donnie Moran, Loretta Yates, Debbie Hicks all of Hamburg and Lorrie Cameron of Natchez, MS; seven grandchildren, Whitney, Lee, Joshua, Caleb, Charley, Daelynn and Gio
Services will held Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Cominto Baptist Church with Rev. Zan Pierce officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Cominto Baptist Church from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Burial will be at Rash Cemetery. Arrangements by Stephenson-Dearman.
