She has lived in El Dorado for the past 40 years retiring from Hudson Nursing home where she worked as a LPN for many years. She was a born again Christian and a member of College Avenue Church of Christ. After retiring from nursing she raised two grandsons, Shelby and Lane Shackleford that she loved dearly.
She leaves behind one sister, Tommie Wilson of Monticello; three sons, Billy Wilson and wife Cathy from Pine Bluff, Tim Wilson and wife Kay and Johnny Wilson and wife Cheryl all from El Dorado. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service 3:30 p.m. Friday, January 19 at Wilson Family Cemetery in the New Hope community. Family and friends visitation will be from 12 Noon-2:30 p.m. Friday before the service at Stephenson Dearman Funeral Home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
