Patsy Bulloch Wisner, age 79 of Monticello, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was born December 1, 1938 in Collins, AR to the late Wert Bulloch and Hazel Whitehead Bulloch.

She was the widow of Jackson Wisner, a homemaker and a member of Pauline Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Teresa Wisner Garrett and husband Phil of Lampasas, TX and Clarissa Wisner and husband Don Sutton of Rolla, MO; five granddaughters, Kandi Woessner (Matt), Kassi Anderson (Devin), Alyson Morrow (Jess), Stephanie Garrett and Olivia Vierrether; two grandsons, Samuel Sutton and Caleb Sutton; seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Don Bulloch of Collins and Tracy Bulloch of Crossett.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Rash Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to service time in the Chapel. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
