To the Deal and Rogers families,
I think of Ms Dorothy as an "elegant lady".
I remember her as always very neat in appearance with never a hair out of place. She liked to look nice. I'm sure Heaven is a little brighter with her sweet smile. I am sorry for your loss! You are in my prayers.

    Joe & Debbie,
So sorry about Ms. Dorothy, I know she has been sick for a while now. We remember all the times you were always taking her meals and groceries when we came over for ball games. She was lucky to have you in her life. She is in such a better place with no pain or worries. We will keep you and your family in our prayers.

  16. Eleanor Harris Gibbons
    Vern and Randy,
As I was telling Danny yesterday, I have great memories of your Mom. First of all I can remember the Sunday school parties we had at your home on Midway route. I was not very good at scrabble, but then I was a kid. I do not have a good excuse now. Before I moved away from Monticello, I lived right across the street from Ms.Dorothy and Mr. Rogers. I will always have thoughts of her as a Christian role model. Always a lady, with such a sweet smile. You will all be in my prayers but we can all bank on joining your mother one day.
