He served as a Green Beret in the Special Forces in the United States Army and was a member of Monticello Baptist Temple.
Survivors include his mother Linda Piper Moore of Monticello; one son, William Moore, IV of Little Rock; two daughters, Sara Moore of Monticello and Rachel Moore both of Monticello; one brother, Steven Moore of Monticello; two sisters, Terri Connard and husband Andy of Monticello and Crystal Cherry and husband Cody of Bella Vista; three grandchildren, Adam, Jay, and Riley Kate; and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Green Hill Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
