James Carmel "Jimmy Doc" Sheffield, Jr., age 65 of Watson, passed away Friday, September 6, 2019 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock. He was born October 28, 1953 in Dumas, AR to the late James Sheffield, Sr. and Linnie Myers Sheffield.

Jimmy was a farmhand and a Baptist. He loved his work and spending time with his grandkids. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Sheffield.

Survivors include two daughters, Shyann Sheffield of Monticello and Holly Sheffield of Watson; two sisters, Helen Christmas of Collins and Bennie Foster of Hot Springs; and three grandchildren, Bentley, Aimalyn and Nola.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Collins Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
