He was a member of Monticello Church of Christ, a retired restaurant manager for Western Sizzlin Steakhouse and was an avid bowler at Timberlodge Lanes in Monticello.
Survivors include his wife, Jacque Tewalt Davidson of Monticello; one son Larry R. Davidson, Jr. and wife Lisa and grandson, Will Davidson of Burlington, New Jersey; one daughter Laura Glasser and grandchildren, Heather Glasser and Ryan Glasser of Bakersfield, California; a step-daughter, Daphne Chester; step-grandson, Zachery Chester and wife Marie; step-granddaughter, Brandy Chester; step-great-granddaughter, Nichole Chester; one brother, Monty Davidson and wife Lois; one niece and four nephews.
