Joan was a sweet lady. I first met her in the 1970's at Second Baptist. She was always so nice to me. Throughout the years, when our paths crossed she always greeted me with a smile and kind conversation. I am sorry our paths won't cross anymore.

I am truly saddened by the news of Joan. I haven’t stopped kicking myself because I didn’t go over to visit 3 weeks ago when I asked Mark if it was okay to visit, he said she would love it if you came by. Time just slipped away and she did too. Joan will truly be missed she was always so cheerful. Rest In Peace. To the family share those memories keep them close in your heart. My prayers that you Trust God and let him be your strength as you push forward. One day at a time sweet Jesus.
