He was a retired welder for Sea-Ark Marine and was a Catholic. Donald also owned and operated Calhoun Store and worked twenty years with General Mills Corporation. He was a multifaceted man with many talents who enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, woodworking, playing the guitar and singing, motorcycle riding, working on cars and spending time with his dog, Booger.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Jones Wolter Cash of Monticello; one daughter, Amy Cash-Allison of Illinois; three sons, Bradley Thomas Cash of Mississippi, Timothy Aaron Jones of Illinois and Jeff Jones of Monticello; a sister, Eva Shantz and husband David of Monticello; a brother, Jack Cash of Monticello; and eleven grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
