Ms. Wanda "Charlene" Justice, 60 of Lake City, FL, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at the North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, surrounded by her family after a brief illness. Charlene was born on January 4, 1960, to the late Charles and Suella Myers Justice, in Dermott, Arkansas. She moved to Lake City in 1979. Charlene operated an in home daycare and then went on to obtain her degree in Respiratory Therapy from Santa Fe Community College. During her career she worked at Shands Lake Shore Hospital and the VA Hospital, both in Lake City.

Charlene enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her fur babies. She took pleasure in visiting new places, attending concerts and was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Suella Justice.

Survivors include her fiancé, Mike Broshar; her son, David McIntyre (Angie); two sisters, Kathy Jo Justice and Sharon Clinton (Carl); grandchildren, Ivy, Lake and River McIntyre; nephew, Justice Clinton (Toni); and her fur babies, Moe, Sophie, Rosie and Marley.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Enon Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Worbington officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Best Friends Animal Society at https://bestfriends.org/donate or to your local animal society in memory of Ms. Justice.
