Mildred Ophelia Shultz Story, 80, of Star City, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at JRMC in Pine Bluff. She was born August 26, 1929 in Drew County.

She was the widow of Jack Story, retired from Arkansas Department of Human Services and a member of Florence Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late James Shultz and Dot Breedlove Shultz and was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Shultz and one grandson, Rusty Story.

Survivors include one son, Grady Story and wife, Judy of Star City; three daughters, Judy Hopkins and husband, Von, Lavon Weatherford and husband, Donnie and Carol Thompson and husband, Terry, all of Star City; two sisters, Martha Lindsey and Ouida Gilbert, both of Monticello; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
