Gary received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Arkansas A&M College in 1968. He was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from July 1968 through July 1972. He later served as an Accountant and Data Processing Manager at MonArk Boat Company; Controller and Vice President of Finance at National Filtration Corporation; President and Chief Financial Officer at Pascale Industries, Inc.; Director of Finance at National Wire Fabric Company and Consultant for Barnes Companies.
Gary was a longstanding member and Deacon of Pauline Baptist Church where he served in numerous capacities including as a Sunday School teacher and Missions Treasurer. Gary received the most joy from spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren whether on the back porch or on the beach. Those who knew him well know his grandchildren were the apple of his eye.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Harden Outlaw of Monticello, son, Greg Outlaw (Amanda) of Bryant and daughter, Amy Sanders (Kent) of Alexander; four precious grandchildren: Grayson Outlaw, Blake Outlaw, Ava Sanders and Jack Sanders; and one sister, Martha Jo Lancaster of Crossett.
