He was a retired pharmacist and small business owner and member of First Baptist Church of Monticello. Billy Ralph was a workaholic who never thought you should retire and was a former member of the Arkansas State Pharmacy Board, Drew Memorial Hospital Board and the Monticello School Board. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Patsy Hunter; and a sister, Florene Hunter Sharp.
Survivors include two sons, Ralph Hunter and wife Teresa of Monticello and Michael Hunter and wife Melissa of Monticello; two grandchildren, Julia Barnes and husband Jonathan and Dr. Will Hunter; one step-grandson Garrett Boren; two great grandchildren, Anna Grace Barnes and Hunter Barnes; two nieces, Lou Ann Sharp and Jamie Cook.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2020, in Oakland Cemetery. Covid-19 guidelines will be adhered to. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Monticello. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
