He was a retired painter and a member of Pilgrim Rest AME Church. Ocie is preceded in death by his parents; grandmother, Alvia Johnson; a granddaughter; and a host of aunts and uncles.
He is survived by two daughters, Angela Washington of Kansas and Rosa Davis of Texas; one sone Ocie Lee Davis, Jr. of Kansas; four brothers, Clarence Davis of Florida, Sonny Davis of Topeka, KS, William Davis and Kevin Davis both of Kansas; three sisters, Sherry Davis and Toni Davis of Kansas, and Sondra Morris; along with numerous grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Chapel in Monticello, AR with Rev. Chris Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. For more information and to sign the online guestbook please visit www.stephensondearman.com.
