Virgel was a master craftsman and a very hard worker. I will never forget that he worked so hard when we were remodeling the Chancellor's home that he actually got a ladder and climbed in the window of the upstairs master bedroom so he could work up there while workers were downstairs installing a hardwood floor. He could not access the upstairs rooms in traditional way but found a way to work up there to finish the job. What a great guy he was! I am so sorry that we have all lost a good friend and master carpenter. I hope he was able to enjoy his last few retired years. My prayers are with you, Mary Lou and Donovan. May your happy memories sustain you in the days ahead.
