He was a timber worker and contractor and a member of the Prairie Grove Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was preceded in death by his father, Arlon Lloyd.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Chavis Lloyd of Hamburg; his son, Brandon Lloyd and wife, Brandy of Hamburg; one step son, Wade Pennington and wife, Julie of Hamburg; one step daughter, Lynn Rice and husband, Denton of Hamburg; his mother, Arlene Lloyd of Monticello; two granddaughters, Carlee and Jolie; three step granddaughters, McKenzie, Pasilee and Jaci; and two step grandsons, Drake and J.D.
