Gene was a dedicated United States Army Staff Sergeant proudly serving his country. He was loved by all of his Army buddies and his superiors had the utmost respect for him and what he stood for. Gene received many medals and commendations from General's for his dedication. He also loved playing games and was quite the gamer, enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved traveling seeing the country.
He is survived by his father, Gene Ross Radcliffe, Sr. of Eugene, OR; an aunt, Darlene Radcliffe of Eureka, CA; two uncles, Daniel Radcliffe of Houston, TX and Kenny Radcliffe of White Thorn, CA; his great aunt and uncle who were his caregivers, Frances and Cecil Say of Monticello; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins which included some very special cousins from Monticello.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Prairie Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Halley officiating. Burial will be in Lone Sassafras Cemetery.
