He was a retired building contractor, a Air Force Veteran and a member of First Baptist Church of Monticello. He was the son of the late Iverson V. Minor and Luttie E. Hollingshead Minor and was preceded in death by two brothers, Ulus Minor and Lloyd Minor and two sisters, Ruth Sanders and Ilene Minor. Leonard enjoyed hunting, going to the Casino and loved being with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee Owen Minor of Monticello; his sons, Jimmie Beasley (Denise) of Monticello, Mike Minor of Redding, CA and Fred Beasley of Humphrey; daughters, Lisa Rigo (Juro) and Lori Minor, both of Sarasota, FL and Ginger Beasley of Monticello; his sister, Maxine Potillo (Joe) of Pine Bluff; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
