Mrs. Frances loved the Lord and her family and loved teaching the word of God to anyone on any subject. She taught ladies Sunday school for 39 years and loved to do ladies seminars. She enjoyed playing her character, "Ms. Daisy" for humor and many ladies have experienced her as well. She loved gospel music, singing in the choir, and enjoyed singing specials at her church. Mrs. Frances was a people person who loved being around people. She also served Drew Memorial Hospital as a ''pink lady''.
Frances was married to a minister, Rev. Gary Jordan for 52 years, who was the pastor at Monticello Baptist Temple from 1982-2016 and preceded her in death. She was the most kind and joyful person you would ever meet. Anyone that knew Frances loved her and the time they spent together. Although her cooking was good, you do not want her "sweet'' tea, the Jordans called it flavored water! But all jokes aside, Frances will always be in our hearts. She has touched so many of our hearts and has left a mark on this community. Frances, you will be missed dearly and will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her two children Andrea Marie Jordan and Keith LaRon Jordan both of Monticello; four grandchildren she loved very much, Joshua Caleb Ashbaucher, Luke Allen Ashbaucher, Dalton Lee Jordan and Anna-Jewel Michelle Jordan. She loved spending time with her grandchildren every chance she got. Frances also had a great grandchild, Bralyn Ashbaucher who she loved very much.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Monticello Baptist Temple with Rev. Andy Connard officiating. Burial will be in Union Ridge Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home. You can sign Mrs. Frances' guestbook page at www.stephensondearman.com.

Monticello, AR Monday, September 19, 2022 I was honored to work alongside Mrs. Jordan at UAM in the School of Education. She was a shameless witness for the Lord. We shared so many conversations, visits, hugs, and we even took a few trips together to Women's Conferences. She always left me feeling better than she found me & as I know she did for every life she touched. She would call my kindness "Golden Nuggets." My dear sister in Christ, cover heaven with your Golden Nuggets! Praying immensely for the family.Joyce Higgins

Monticello, AR Friday, September 16, 2022 I worked with Ms. Jordan for over a decade and know, without a doubt, where she is today. While others were building up treasures on Earth, Ms. Jordan was building up treasures in Heaven. Think of the crowns she has for Jesus. She will be missed.Ed and Polly watts
