Sorry for your loss you are in my prayers

    Penny and Doug,
I was so saddened to read about your dad's death. He was a great man and a good friend to me. I heard lots of stories on him in the teachers' lounge with your dear mom (all good, of course)! They were both wonderful people and I have missed seeing him in the store the last months and you know that I have missed your mom since she died in 1990 a few months after my own mother died. She was one of my very best friends and I will never forget her or your dad.

Try to remember all the good times, great meals, and ballgames they went to with both of you. I don't think MA ever had a bigger fan than your mom. She inspired all of us to cheer harder. Your dad did not cheer much with us but he was extremely proud of you and your children.

    Love you both,
    Susie

Doug, I am so sorry to hear about your loss, but thankful that he is not suffering any more. My mom said that she has never seen such an affectionate and undying love that you showed your daddy during his illness. I am so glad that God brought you and Kristen into our lives and we love and appreciate you two more than words can say. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this time!
    Our Deepest Sympathy,

    Doug, Kristen & Family,
Our hearts are heavy. You have been in our thoughts and prayers for the last few weeks. We know it has been so difficult to see Mr. James get so weak and fail. He is now at rest.
I was thinking about it today, He must surely be side by side with your mom for the first time in decades, catching up and getting to know each other again.
You will continue to be in our hearts for the coming weeks.
Grace & Peace to you all.
