Billy enjoyed life! He placed his faith in God as a Freewill Baptist loving God and his family. He worked with his horses and tended his farmland throughout his life. He is a Vietnam War veteran serving in the United States Army from 1968-1971 as a helicopter specialist. He has been a member of Pleasant Grove Freewill Baptist Church for 30-plus years. Billy was known by many people throughout his working career with B&D Auto Parts, Ryburn Automotive, Builders Trucking and his 15 years with Georgia Pacific.
He leaves his memories with many family members and friends but more closely his sons, Christopher Lloyd and wife Jo Altha of Monticello and Timothy Lloyd and wife Mandy of Monticello; his grandchildren, Matthew Moon, Amirra Veiga, Jessie Lloyd, Allison Lloyd, Rayne Veiga, Dixie Lloyd and Miranda Lloyd; and lastly his loyal loving furbaby, ''Baby''. He was loved greatly in life as he will be remembered by his family.

Tamassee, SC Thursday, October 20, 2022 Sad here to learn of Billy's passing. Good man and well remembered as a Drew Central classmate. At these times, I try to focus on the word "received" as shown to us in John 14-3 and try to forget the words lost or taken. Jim C.Barbara Burks Posey
