I served in the armed forces.
Tony Laray Dunlap, age 57 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at his home. He was born February 21, 1965, in Monticello, AR to Magnolia Matthews Dunlap and the late Mack Ray Dunlap.
He was a United States Army National Guard Veteran and a member of Brooks Chapel Baptist Church. Tony enjoyed hunting and fishing but most of all, his passion was serving his country in the United States Army. He was a dedicated soldier. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Ray Dunlap; and a sister, Joyce Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sabrina Butow Dunlap of Monticello; one son, Cedric Xavier Dunlap of Conway; one brother, Michael Dunlap of Monticello; two half-brothers, Roderick and Tyrone Dunlap; and two half-sisters, Nicki Harrell, and Relonda Batts.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 12, 2022, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. James Spinks officiating. Burial will be in Campground Cemetery.     I am do sorry for your loss. I'm not sure if you remember me, but I am Helen Bassett's oldest daughter, and we were neighbor several years ago.

    I know that Tony will be missed dearly. I remember him being the baby boy, but he had a very humble spirit
