He was a carpenter, member of the National Guard for six years and a member of the Florence Assembly of God Church. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his twin brother, Ronald Jay Pharr.
He is survived by a son, Don Pharr, Jr. and wife Jennifer of Monticello; a daughter, Lisa Pharr Kaufholtz of Benton; two brothers, Eugene Pharr and David Pharr; one sister, Gail Lenderman all of Monticello; grandchildren, Courtland Daniel (Hayden Daniel) of Benton; and three grandsons, Dalton, Daxton and Draydon Pharr all of Monticello; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2023, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jason Cater officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
