Survivors include five daughters; Lisa Kay Adams of Monticello, Jamie Hunnicutt of Lacey, Stacey McCloud, Trish Murphy and Charlotte Stephney all of Monticello; one son, James Hense of Monticello; three brothers James Hense of Monticello, Johnny Forguson of Winchester, Bobby Hense of Arizona; one sister, Dorothy Price of Monticello; two grandchildren, one step-grandchild, and a special friend, Elizabeth Hense.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
